Return Policy & FAQ
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We value our customers and we will work with you to resolve any dissatisfaction. Please contact us about any problems or concerns within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please read the following return policy to ensure your return is able to be accepted.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from when your order shipped. Fabric must be returned in the same condition it was shipped. For missing or damaged product, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Products not eligible for return include:
Books and patterns
Clearance & Remnant items
Fabric cuts less than 1 yard in length
Fabric and yarn that has been cut, washed, sewn, or otherwise altered, including carrying a smoke odor
Refunds will be processed once the product has been received. Shipping charges will be refunded only if there has been an error on our part. Please contact us beforehand with any questions to ensure a smooth return process.
Where is your location & how can I do a Local Pickup?
Customers in the Atlanta area have the option of placing an order online and picking it up to save on postage! Please do not pay for your order online, pay when you pick it up. Cash and cards will be accepted at the time of pickup. Once you have the items you want in your cart, click on the down arrow by Priority Shipping. Select Local Pickup, then proceed with the checkout. When checking out, part 3 Payment - simply select the 'Offline Payment. You will be sent an email when your order is available for pickup — usually within 1 to 2 days after your order is placed. Orders will be picked up in the Snellville area - address info will be sent in your pickup email. Available pickup days will be Monday - Saturday after 1 p.m.
How much does shipping cost?
When you put an item in your shopping cart, it will show you the shipping charges for that item, as you add items to your shopping cart, the postage cost will change to reflect the cost of postage for the additional items. When purchasing multiple items, please contact us for combined shipping.
Shipping Exclusions for Over-Sized Items
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses, you will have to contact us for the shipping cost on over-sized items.
Over-sized items are products that are larger than usual and more costly to ship. These products include - but are not limited to:
Packaged batting in Full, Queen, or King size
Home decorating fabric
Rulers over 25" in either length or width
Cutting mats over 20"
Other large items
When will my order ship?
Over 90% of our orders ship out in 1-2 business days (we do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday). If there is a problem with your order or we are short of yardage, we will contact you!
Do you ship internationally?
Due to the high cost of shipping - we do not ship internationally. Contact us if you would like a postage estimate on a certain item. Canada residents are welcome to inquire, if you do want to make a purchase. Shipping would be via USPS First Class International or USPS Flat Rate Envelopes or Flat Rate boxes - depending on amount and size of the purchase.
